Most of us played with LEGO sets when we were kids, but it’s doubtful that any of us came up with something as brilliant as this.

These two creations, a LEGO V8 engine and six-speed sequential transmission, are the work of Huib van der Hart. Check out the video above to see his pneumatic V8 spinning at high rpm, and the video below to see the six-speed power through its ratios, which include a neutral and reverse.
