The first-of-its-kind Air Jordan 3 Flyknit was expected to debut this weekend on March 18, but there's been a change of plans.
Instead of dropping this weekend, Jordan Brand has confirmed with Sole Collector the sneaker's first "Black/Anthracite-Black" colorway will instead arrive August 15.
The model's Flyknit upper mimics the lines and patterns seen on the traditional Air Jordan 3, right down to the elephant print texture at the toe and heel. Other updates include premium touches like a leather liner and waxed laces, along with a glow-in-the-dark outsole to complete the modern retro theme.
UPDATE (07/09): According to SNKRS, the release date for the Air Jordan 3 Flyknit is now August 15. Retail will be $200.
