2011 brought us a gang of sick releases. With the push of numerous variations to signature line basketball sneakers (see LeBron, Kobe, and D. Rose), collaborations between everyone, and the rise of more premium aesthetic kicks for the streets it's not impossible that you may have missed out on a few shoes last year. Complex decided to put together a list of 10 sneakers that were fire but didn't get the attention they deserved — because honestly it seems like something legit was dropping nearly every week. I also thought that the Bordeauxs were slept on a bit. One of the dopest Jordans to be retroed this year. The Crazy 8's and NB CM577's are both sick as well.

i thought the gray 3's were slept on. i eventually copped them for 75 bucks at a black friday clearance sale. they didn't move from the stores at all in bmore

what about the SNS x asics gtii?? that shoe is so creative and nice and i didnt hear a peep about it more or less. all good though since i was able to cop when they dropped.

It wasn't that the Bordeauxs were so much slept on it was that they were massively overproduced. Every store got plenty and every sneakerhead I know got them if they wanted them. The Seven isn't a shoe that non sneakerheads will buy (unless it's overhyped for almost a year like a certain other Jordan with patent leather). The 15 yr old kiddies weren't told it was the greatest thing ever by every rapper & website so supply exceeded demand. As for the "Crazy 8's", nobody wants them or knows what they are without Kobe's name on it. Slap his name back on it and see how much they're slept on then.

boredeaux weren't as slept on as other jordans, imo the independance day 5s were slept on and in a few years everyone is gonna try to get em off ebay
