We're still waiting on the grand jury decision regarding the shooting of Michael Brown, but the Ferguson police department is reportedly close to taking some action. Negotiations are reportedly underway for the resignation of Darren Wilson, who shot and killed Brown. CNN broke the news on tonight's episode of Anderson Cooper 360°.

Wilson is considering resigning to "protect his fellow officers," but sources say he could still change his mind in light of the upcoming grand jury announcement. He still maintains he's done nothing wrong.
