It's been just about a year since we got all excited about Minecraft maker Notch funding Double Fine's development of Psychonauts 2. It started with a tweet, and wound up going nowhere. Want to know why? The short answer is, predictably, the money. Notch explained the gist of it in a reddit thread about his astonishment at his own newfound wealth:
So do you think Psychonauts 2 will ever actually happen? In the meantime the latest Double Fine adventure we've got to go on is The Cave, which, to be fair, ain't so bad.
