It seems like T-Pain is keeping his T-Mix streak going, dropping his own take on Blac Youngsta's latest hit "Booty." In a remix that might rival the original, the rapper brings his signature Auto-Tuned flow and even does a slight flip of an R&B classic on it, too. Adding harmonies and melodies to the Youngsta track takes it up a notch, and almost makes it a whole new song in the process.
Much like his remix of Cardi B's "Bartier Cardi," these flips are a timely reminder the rapper/producer's immense talent, both with and without Auto-Tune. Cardi showed love for the remix when it was just a snippet, sharing it on her Instagram page with an approving caption, and he would later go on to release the full version of the track. T-Pain also dropped a remix of Kodak Black and XXXTentacion's "Roll in Peace" in January.
With the release of his T-Mixtape reportedly set for this year, we're likely going to hear a few more remixes along the way.
