Last year was a big year for Toddla T of the Steel City. After waiting six years since the release of his last album, Watch Me Dance, Teezy returned with the hugely well-received Foreign Light. The album's well-chosen features—Stefflon Don, Coco, Wiley and, of course, Andrea Martin—gave the album a familial vibe and plenty of bangers. Now, he's back with another collaboration, this time with East London R&B singer Rachel Foxx for new single "Never Mine". Tapping into Foxx's club-ready voice and her taste for the kind of bangers we heard on the Blue Moon EP, Toddla gives her a bass-fuelled funky house production with some snappy drums to boot.
