Is This Billboard the First Real Proof the Drake and Kanye Collaboration Album Is Actually Happening?

The mysterious billboard popped up in Los Angeles and features Drake's OVO owl and Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music angel.

The potential for a real collaboration album between Drake and Kanye West is something that fans of both artists have been salivating over for years. As recently as the beginning of this month, the pair were talking about it together onstage during the second day of Drizzy's annual OVO Fest. "Toronto, I got one question for you," he said. "Is y'all ready for this album?"

It's what makes the rise of this new billboard in Los Angeles so enticing. The big green advertisement was spotted in the SoCal city with a message that read, "Calabasas is the new Abu Dhabi." Below those words were the unmistakable logos for West's G.O.O.D. Music and Drake's OVO brand. And we all know how much of a fan of billboard advertising Drake has become these days

Of course, this wouldn't mark the first time that Drizzy and Ye have collaborated together. Their friendship goes back quite a long time. They've shared the stage on many, many different occasions throughout the years, live in the same neighborhood in, where else, but Calabasas, and West rather famously produced two songs on Drake's 2010 album Thank Me Later, "Show Me a Good Time," and "Find Your Love." G.O.O.D. Music all but signaled that the sign was legit when they Tweeted out their own picture of it from their official account.

Who knows when or if this might happen, but the evidence is beginning to stack up pretty high that something is about to go down.
