As Suge Knight continues to go through the legal process of his fatal hit and run case, TMZ has obtained full video of the incident, which left Suge's friend, Terry Cater, dead. In the video, which is very graphic, Suge's red truck can be seen pulling up to a parking lot where he begins to have a discussion with Cle "Bone" Sloan, when moments later, Knight clips Sloan as he is backing up his truck and then as he drives forward, he runs over Carter, killing him instantly.
This video is the key part of the case against Knight, who is facing one count of murder, one count of attempted murder, and two counts of hit and run. According to TMZ, the video was released on the request of Carter's family so that the public could see what actually happened and not speculate on rumors. Knight is set to appear in court today, though he has already fired his lawyers once during the preliminary trial stage, where he is being held with no bail.
