Date: November 2, 2010
In November of 2010, police caught Gucci Mane driving on the wrong side of the road; they pulled him over and had to subdue him with pepper spray. The charges were dropped, but ultimately still counted as a violation of his probation.
The following month, in an effort to remain a free man, he filed a "special plea of mental incompetency," and in January 2011, a judge ordered him to undergo mental competency tests at Anchor Hospital, where he was admitted on January 4.
This wasn't his only probation violation. In April 2011, he was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges after pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle. Earlier in his career, he violated probation by failing to complete required community service hours and by testing positive for drugs.
