Flo Rida has been served a legal document for a lawsuit from an Australian promoter. That news itself isn’t very strange, except for the fact that the rapper received the notice on his official Facebook page.

The folks behind the Fat As Butter musical festival are suing Flo Rida because he failed to appear at the event last October. Although he apparently got paid $55,000 (approximately £35,000) to play his set, he allegedly started to dodge promoters so they had to track him down.

Australian Daily Telegraph reports that promoters tried to serve the rapper in person, but due to his personnel and security, their attempts failed. Matthew Hourn, who represents festival promoter Mothership Music, was granted permission to post a link of the legal notice on his official Facebook. Currently, the link has been removed.
