When Waka Flocka's home was raided back in December 2010, cops arrested Gucci Mane and filed drug charges against the Waka for marijuana and a controlled substance found in the house, even though Waka wasn't present during the raid.
His absence may have just helped him beat the case. A Georgia jury doesn't think there's enough evidence for a trial and charges have been dropped.
