The 58-year-old Kenyan half-brother of President Barack Obama, Malik Obama, told the New York Post in an interview published Sunday afternoon that he would vote for Donald Trump this election.

Obama, who currently lives in Kenya but is registered to vote in Maryland, says he will return to the U.S. this fall to vote in the presidential election, ThePost reports. He claims to feel "deep disappointment" in his brother Barack's administration as well as Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, which have both led Obama to switch his party allegiance.

“I like Donald Trump because he speaks from the heart ... Make America Great Again is a great slogan. I would like to meet him,” Obama told The Post, adding “Mr. Trump is providing something new and something fresh.”

The older Obama, who The Post also claims has a harem of anywhere between three and twelve wives, says he also resents the joint effort of the President and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to unseat Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi, one of Malik Obama's "best friends," who died at the hands of Libyan rebels in 2011. Malik Obama dedicated the 2012 biography of his late father to Qaddafi.

Also according to The Post, Malik Obama says he opposes the Democratic party's stance on same-sex equality, saying that he "feel[s] like a Republican now because they don’t stand for same-sex marriage, and that appeals to me.”
