Chicago rapper G Herbo only just recently released the deluxe edition of his 2017 album Humble Beast, but now he's run into some legal trouble. Fox 32 is reporting that three men, including Herbo, were allegedly caught with loaded guns during a routine traffic stop Thursday night.

Officers stopped the three men in the evening on East Roosevelt Road, and now all three men in the car are facing weapons charges. Herbo, real name Herbert Wright, was joined in the car by Deavonte Royale Kimbale and Marchello Walton. They've been charged with a felony count of aggravated unlawful use of a loaded weapon in a vehicle without a FOID card. Chicago police say they will appear in bond court today.

Herbo released the Chance the Rapper-featuring remix of his Lil Uzi Vert collab, "Everything," last week. At the time, Herbo said of the remix, "It's always been love between me and Chance, since we both started we always supported each other. His ass is really like the unofficial mayor here."

We've reached out to a rep for G Herbo and will update when available.
