UK Influence on Brooklyn Drill, Fivio Foreign Temperature Check, Broom Challenge | Everyday Struggle
On Tuesday’s (Feb. 11) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks start off the show answering a fan question about UK drill artists becoming successful in the U.S. Soon after, the crew highlights rising Brooklyn drill rapper, Fivio Foreign, in their ‘Fast Break’ segment. Later in the show, the EDS trio determines the fate of some recently released tracks, such as ‘Yikes” by Nicki Minaj, ‘Believe’ by Meek Mill and Justin Timberlake, ‘Yell Oh’ by Trippie Redd ft. Young Thug, ‘Obama’ by Blueface ft. DaBaby and ‘Shut Up’ by DaBaby, in their ‘Hit, Brick or Wait on it’ segment. The crew also answers a fan question about whether or not DaBaby’s frequent collabs are hurting or helping his career, and to close out the show, the team reacts to Drake’s visit to Marcy Projects in Brooklyn, NY, and Tory Lanez and DJ Khaled participating in the ‘Broom Challenge’ that has recently gone viral.
