Blac Chyna Scores Tyga's Producer to Make Her Debut Album
Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez. //// It looks like the talk of Blac Chyna's go at a rap career is finally coming out of the dark. The reality star has kept relatively quiet on her new found career, despite people involved sharing snippets of her studio activity over the last month or so. Now, Chyna is going instagram official, and sharing photos of her recording sessions and details on who will be involved. For starters, she hired her ex Tyga's old producer to help with her album that is said to be a mix of singing, rapping, and "poetry music." Mally Mall was a huge part of Tyga's come up, especially on his 2013 album Hotel California. Chyna made a smart move getting Mall on her team, considering his credentials include working with Kelly Rowland, Justin Bieber, Lupe Fiasco, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. According to TMZ, Chyna is also securing some big name features for her album. Sources say that Yo Gotti, Tory Lanez, Jeremih, and Swae Lee will be apart of the untitled project. A clip showing Mally, Chyna, and Swae Lee surfaced online, seemingly confirmed at least one half of Rae Sremmurd will be involved. Mally also shared a clip of him and Chyna in the studio with some Dance Hall type beat playing in the background. TMZ previously reported in August that Chyna had secured multiple meetings with label execs in Los Angeles, including one with Capitol Records. We'll see if Chyna continues to play coy with the rest of the details on her album, but hopefully she stays on track with sharing her progress through social media.
