Hurricane Center Calls Irma a 'Life Threatening Situation' as The Storm Blows Through Florida

Hurricane Irma makes landfall in Florida Keys and will roar up the state's Gulf Coast. The storm has caused more than a million power outages. Forecasters warn it could make a second landfall.
