Jeremy Lin Responds to Kenyon Martin Ripping Him for Getting Dreads

Jeremy Lin debuted a new hairstyle during the NBA preseason. He is now wearing his hair in dreads, and he wrote a lengthy post about his decision to do it for The Players’ Tribune this week. But despite the fact that he addressed the cultural appropriation concerns he knew people would have in his piece, it didn’t stop former NBA player Kenyon Martin from going off on Lin for deciding to go with dreads. Martin ripped Lin on Instagram on Thursday, which resulted in two peaceful responses from Lin a short time later.
