NBA Tunnel Outfits Week 6

The NBA tunnel before a game has become a runway for players. Nowadays, the outfits worn into the arena garnerĀ as much attention as game highlights. People have always paid attention to the sneakers players wear on the court.Ā But now, players need to also make sure they're arriving in a proper fit as well.

This season, weĀ are highlighting 10Ā of our favorite NBA tunnel fits each week. Guys likeĀ LeBron JamesĀ and Russell Westbrook have become known for their pregame style choices, but there are plenty of other players whoĀ should be on your radar. This week Kyle KuzmaĀ shows love to Rhude, and Jeff Green came through rocking some fire pieces from Fear of God's Sixth Collection.

Whether it's popularĀ sneaker collaborations fromĀ Travis ScottĀ or Cactus Plant Flea Market,Ā apparel from popularĀ brands like Just Don and Kith, or even pieces from their very own labels, there are plenty of ways for a pregame fit to stand out from the crowd. If you want even more analysis of style around the league this season, make sure to alsoĀ check outĀ Tunnel TakedownĀ hostedĀ by Racks Hogan, NBA champion Matt Barnes, and creative director Gia SeoĀ airing Wednesdays at 5 p.m. EST.

PJ Tucker

Date: Dec. 8

Location: Toyota Center (Houston)

PJ Tucker showed some love to Don C this week when he arrived for a Dec. 8 home game at the Toyota Center in Houston rocking multiple pieces from Just Don. He paired the brightly-colored coaches jacket with an even louder pair of camo track pants. He chose to lace up a custom burgundy colorway of Patta's rarely seen Nike Air Max 90/95 hybrid that dropped in 2018, a solid choice to keep the fans of Tucker's shoe game guessing.

Jeff Green

Date: Dec. 9

Location: Vivint Smart Home Arena (Salt Lake City)

Jeff Green is obviously a fan of Jerry Lorenzo. He showed his loyalty to the designer with this clean Fear of God fit featuring an "FG" logo mockneck and tobacco-colored pants. He layered the sweatshirt with a lightwash denim jacket up top, and matched it with Travis Scott's first Nike collaboration, the white Air Force 1 from 2017.

Jordan Clarkson

Date: Dec. 6

Location: Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse (Cleveland)

The Cleveland Cavaliers are having a hard time racking up wins on the court this season, but that hasn't stopped Jordan Clarkson from getting fits off in the tunnel. Clarkson must be a big Travis Scott fan. Here he can be seen wearing merch from Scott's second annual Astroworld Fest along with the recently-released "Cactus Jack" Nike Air Force 1s. Olive green Stone Island cargo pants and a wool jacket from Pleasures covered in an eye-catching striped print complete the earth-toned fit.

Kyle Kuzma

Date: Dec. 4

Location: Vivint Smart Home Arena (Salt Lake City)

Kyle Kuzma and the Lakers pulled up to Salt Lake City last Wednesday to face the Utah Jazz, and the small forward decided to show some love to his local alma mater, the University of Utah. Kuz let his bright red Utah varsity jacket stand out by pairing it with a black hoodie and sweatpants. He repped Rhuigi VillaseƱor's Rhude, a brand he frequently wears, with a cap and Puma sneaker collab on feet.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

Date: Dec. 8

Location: Moda Center Arena (Portland)

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been frequently featured on this list throughout the season for good reason. He impressed once again this week with this cozy fit on the road in Portland. Grey sweatpants and classic white Air Force 1s are nothing new, but it makes his hoodie stand out the much more, a design from Advisory Board Crystals that dropped earlier this year exclusively on ABC's web shop and at Slam Jam in Italy.

Alec Burks

Date: Dec. 6

Location: United Center (Chicago)

Golden State Warriors forward Alec Burks also opted for a cozy fit on the road this week in the Windy City. He paired his grey sweatsuit with arguably one of the best pieces Fear of God has ever released, the black satin baseball coaches jacket from the brand's Fifth Collection. "Geode" Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2s on feet to match the jacket and a red Goyard pouch to accessorize are also notable pieces.

LeBron James

Date: Dec. 6

Location: Moda Center Arena (Portland)

LeBron James is one of the biggest athletes on the planet. So, it's no surprise to see him rocking super exclusive gear. This particular instance sees him in a friends and family colorway of the Def Jam x Kith x Golden Bear varsity jacket complete with custom "King James" embroidery on the chest. Striped trousers, a tie dye hoodie, matching Hermes cap, and clean white and burgundy Air Force 1s complete the fit.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker

Date: Dec. 5

Location: Smoothie King Center (New Orleans)

The New Orleans Pelicans rookie continues to impress with his pregame fits this season. This time het lets his footwear shine, the soughtafter "Black Toe" Union x Air Jordan I.

Ian Mahinmi

Date: Dec. 5

Location: Capital One Arena (Washington D.C.)

Ian Mahinmi kept it simple in the tunnel with a black on black look this week. He paired a black hoodie and pants with a classic leather biker jacket. The stealthy fit allowed his sneakers to be the highlight, a white pair of the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Air Force 1 with red lettering.

Russell Westbrook

Date: Dec. 5

Location: Scotiabank Arena (Toronto)

As he is known to do, Russell Westbrook walked through the tunnel repping his own brand Honor the Gift. Calm by his standards, Westbrook arrived to Scotiabank Arena in a black fleece quarter zip, navy blue and red track pants, and a pair of black leather boots.
