Rising streetwear imprint Concrete Hills is linking up with Dukes University basketball team for a new three-piece capsule collection to tip off 2022.
Founded by two El Paso, Texas teens, Drew and Jamie Frank, Concrete Hills has gone from concept to becoming one of the hottest brands in the US, with the brand’s ethos inspired by a distinct motto: “Nothing in life is given, but the one thing you can count on, is that the Challenge is Concrete”.
Drew, a freshman at Duke University himself, teamed up with Dukes Men’s basketball team for a new lookbook for his brand’s latest capsule collection. The collection features a 14oz “Concrete” hoodie that arrives in midnight black and Duke’s iconic blue, along with a “Concrete” cap in midnight black and snow white that all feature brand’s main crest in high quality embroidery.
With many high-profile clients wearing the brand such as Lil Yachty, Meek Mill, Bloody Osiris, Kyle Kuzma, Sheck Wes, Jordan Clarkson, Jalen Ramsey, Brandon Ingram and others, the brand has slowly been bubbling up in the last few years, with this collab the latest solidifier of Concrete Hills’ rapid ascension.
Alongside the new drop, Drew and Jamie are continuing to expand Concrete Hills into more than just a clothing brand, with an exclusive Concrete Hills concert in Durham, North Carolina taking place on Feb.19th. Out of all their connections, Drew has built a close relationship with Lil Yachty – with Lil Boat set to headline the festival along with his Lil Yachty’s Concrete Boys collective next month.
