Carhartt WIP has just dropped off its latest collection for Spring/Summer 2022. Titled City Wander, the new series sees the label unleash a selection of hardwearing and contemporary pieces, designed for the warmer months.
Joining forces with creative production company Thousand Inc, the collection takes inspiration from the general hubbub of Tokyo’s streets and features practical and durable staples including oversized crewneck sweaters, the brand’s signature work vest, chore jackets, and a collared windbreaker jacket, all of which have been styled with a series of layering techniques, reminiscent of Japan’s street style aesthetic.
Elsewhere, the offering is rounded out with a more laid-back approach, as heritage coach jackets, sweaters, shirts, t-shirts and twill pants are offered in a muted colour palette comprised of blue, green and yellow.
