Emerging menswear brand BRVN has just released its debut apparel and accessories collection for FW22, combining a playful selection of expertly crafted and highly durable performance apparel for the colder months.
Founded by Clementina Freitas as a way to extend The Latino Group, the cold-weather capsule arrives expertly crafted with a playful authority and intellectual touch. Set on offering premium sustainably conscious products made with certified materials, small scale manufacturing and comprehensive recycling strategies, the head-to-toe collection features a hybrid range of styles, ranging from T-shirts and polos to layering essentials, outerwear and cosy streetwear staples. Set on a soft, autumnal palette of khaki, olive, navy and black, the collection’s core palette is elevated with pops of citrus greens, yellows and tangerine oranges with small logos and a series of prints with painted patterns and graphic detailing.
“The main inspiration for the AW22 collection was a mix of our tech-wear brand heritage and modern urban wear,” said Andreia Silva, head of design, in a press release. “BRVN appears as a phoenix that rises from the ashes, offering a new and exciting menswear brand. Utility details, such as thermo-glued pockets and technical trims, are mixed with bright and bold prints including inspiration from LEGO and Tetris. Textures are mixed and matched; soft Supima cotton jerseys in sweatshirts and joggers are mixed with premium Cordura nylon, for cargo pants and utility jackets and shackets. A favourite must-have for the season is the puffer jacket, combining the most premium technology for a piece that is the perfect mix of breathable and insulated for the coming cooler months.”
