Bape x Timberland

Bape is back with another solid footwear collaboration.

After teaming up with the likes of Dr. Martens and Havaianas this summer, the iconic streetwear brand has connected with Timberland on a two-piece collection that reimagines the latter’s most recognizable boot models. First, there’s the Premium Waterproof Chukka Boots boot presented in the original silhouette, wheat colorway, quad-stitching, and rugged lug sole. Bape updates the design by adding the Bape Sta logo on the side, a co-branded patch on the tongue, and an all-over camo camo print.

Timberland’s 3-Eye Lug Handsewn comes in the original boat shoe-inspired silhouette with a tonal camo print on the upper, dark green laces, as well as a co-branded patch on the tongue.

Both boots are made from Timberland’s Better Leather, which is sourced from tanneries that emphasize responsible water use, energy, and waste management. The footwear company selected the tanneries based on independent audits and reviews by the Leather Working Group. The tanneries used for Timberland products are rated silver or higher. Timberland and Bape’s collaborative shoes feature eco-conscious materials, including Primaloft® insulation and ReBOTL™, which are made from recycled goods.

You can get a closer look at the boots in the images below. The Timberland x Bape collection arrives Aug. 21.
