Finally, a Gigantic Maze That's Not Entirely Impossible to Escape
BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group will be installing a labyrinth inside the National Building Museum in Washington D.C.

For those who get anxiety whenever they chance upon impossible mazes, design firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group will be presenting a massive maze that won't give you nightmares and flashbacks of The Shining in a few months. This summer, the National Building Museum is getting a 61-by-61-foot, inverted labyrinth that is slightly easier to navigate.
Unlike most mazes that become more difficult and confusing as you go, this installation, entitled AmBIGuity, does the exact opposite. Since the walls of the maze plunge in height at the heart of the labyrinth, museum-goers will have a 360-degree view of their surroundings, making the whole installation easier to escape.
