Well, everyone, time to hang it up. It's over. Hit the showers. Fashion and selfies have collided in that sort of "unstoppable force meets an immovable object" type of way and it's making us me feel some type of way. 25-year-old Russian-Korean (based in London) designer Timur Kim has bit the bullet and designed tees that are specifically designed for taking selfies. Obviously, they also cover your body and shit, but their design is based around you standing there with your arm extended outward and a camera pointed towards yourself. The graphics are strategically placed around the neck opening to look best in a any and all selfie scenarios.

I'm numb, fam. I honestly can't feel anything anymore. First, we had "#Selfie," which was a solid musical parody. Then, selfies at serious places and funerals had a moment in the sun. Now, we have clothes SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR TAKING FUCKING SELFIES. How do I reach these keeeeeeds? I'm just convinced everyone comes out the womb with a strong case of narcissism. It really doesn't hide itself anymore. Every time I walk through the subway there's someone snapping a selfie of themselves. The best is when they're walking and they try to snap a selfie at the same time, but it comes out blurry because their iPhone sucks at keeping everything in focus. Come the fuck on, people, that's, like, a no-no veteran selfie taking maneuver. You'll see what I mean as soon as your trip and fall to your death on the tracks.

I'll give Kim some credit though. He told Style.com that he's not a selfie taker, but the platform provides a perfect canvas for his entirely handmade shirts: "... the selfie is a huge phenomenon, especially in fashion, because [fashion] is such a self-centric industry. We all want to be part of it. We all want to be exposed, often through the clothes we wear and the style we choose. So I thought why not get people to take a selfie in my work?" He's also using the selfie shirts as a preview for an upcoming S/S 15 collection he's showing during London Fashion Week. Damn, this kid is kind of a fucking genius tbh.

If you are a selfie taker and you also hate yourself, you can cop the shirts on Kim's online shop. But move fast, they're in limited supply.
