Galeries Lafayette is a French department store not unlike Macy's or Bloomingdale's and for a good cause the company has teamed up with a handful of designers to auction off some interesting sketches of which all the proceeds will go to CARE, an organization that fights against poverty and women's rights around the world. Among the group are a few notable designers like Mary Katrantzou, Guillame Henry, Julien David and Philip Lim. But naturally, the sketch we have our eyes is the one by slick Ricky Owens.
If you want a one-of-a-kind print from the deity that rules the Pins, you can lend your money to a charitable cause and put a bid in, starting at just 100 Euros ($112) at the time of writing, less than an actual Rick Owens tee. This one is interesting because it's different than a typical sketch and shows the finished product of a model in a jacket overlaid with what looks like preliminary sketches and desired paneling details, all signed and dated by the dark lord himself.
There are still six more days left for the highest bidder to show themselves, so make sure you hit your parents up for an advance of your allowance.
