Braun announce the return of their iconic analogue wrist watches: the AW10 and the AW50.
Dietrich Lubs and Dieter Rams aimed for the original AW10 launched in 1989 to reflect their vision of presenting the time in the most functional way possible through design.
Following the AW10's success, 1991 saw the release of the AW50 which embodied the ideology of 'less but better', removing the numbers and minute track for a simplified model.
The addition of a red chevron date function would become an iconic feature for Braun's watches. In celebration of the timeless appeal of these icons, both timepieces are being relaunched with their original design details.
The relaunched models will use advancements in materials and function to evolve the original creation, providing a watch for the contemporary market.
