Dr. Dre Lists His Incredible Los Angeles Mansion for $35 Million
After purchasing Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's former home, Dr. Dre has listed his incredible LA estate. It's no surprise that Dre is updating his digs.

After purchasing Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's $50 million, 18,700-square-foot mansion in Brentwood, Calif., Dr. Dre is putting his own home on the market. The mind-blowing property is located in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills West and is listed for $35 million.
Dre's s 9,696 square-foot-mansion includes a library/media room, a den, a wine cellar, a guest house, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. Located at the top of a gated cul-de-sac, the home offers a 300-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, which you can take in while basking in the property's lavish infinity pool.
It's no surprise that Dre is updating his digs. After AppleboughtBeats by Dre for $3 billion, the rapper has some spare change in his bank account.
