Sports and lifestyle brand New Era has unveiled its collaborative design with sportswear label Fear of God with the New Era x Fear of God ESSENTIALS ComplexCon 59FIFTY, a cap that celebrates the time Jerry Lorenzo’s father Jerry Manuel spent managing the Chicago White Sox.

A nod to the White Sox's signature black and white colorway, the 59FIFTY features Fear of God's trademark script logo on the front. The brands pay homage to Manuel by emblazoning a "7" on the back of the cap—the number he wore while managing the team from 1998-2003. Additionally, a heat seal on the interior sweatband reads, "Jerry Manuel 1998-2003 Chicago White Sox."

New Era—the official cap sponsor for the MLB and NFL, also features its logo on the side, in addition to the notable "ESSENTIALS" branding on the interior.

The New Era x Fear of God ESSENTIALS ComplexCon 59FIFTY will be available for purchase exclusively on-site at ComplexCon Chicago for $65. All proceeds from the sale of the New Era x Fear of God ESSENTIALS ComplexCon 59FIFTY will be donated to the Jerry Manuel Foundation—which is dedicated to helping the urban youth, including educating them with Charter School standards while also training them in the fundamentals of baseball.
ComplexCon Chicago will take place this weekend (July 20-21). Click here to get your tickets.
