This Beautiful Installation by Design Collective (fos) is Made Mostly of Tape
The light is melting.

The Spanish design collective of Susana Piquer, Eleni Karpatsi and Julio Calvo known as (fos) did an incredible installation on the façade of the Rayen restaurant in Madrid recently. They named the piece for their group, a word that in Catalan means melted and in Greek means light—it’s a perfect pair for this butter-yellow projection. Though the illusion is made such that the light is projected onto a continuous surface, it only appears that way from one perspective. The trio used more than 250 meters of yellow tape, a few pineapples, pieces of art painted over, lawn furniture and a spotlight of course.
