Barbara Scerbo is a young photographer from Caltagirone, Italy, who’s also practices the performing arts. In this project, titled "Illusion," she manages to create some of the most mind-bending and beautiful photographs we’ve ever seen. With the help of Giuliana Vaccaro, Scerbo, who studied at the Scuola Romana Di Fotografia, created what she simply calls “a series of illusions.”
Mirrors confuse the viewer as they unsettle the calm of the serene environments and cheery looks of the model. Check out a few from the series above and more of Scerbo’s work on her Behance page.
