King of the boat shoe craze, Sperry Top-Sider is planning to open up shop on New York's famous Fifth Avenue. The footwear brand has signed a 10-year lease on the 5,000-square-foot retail location at 103 Fifth Avenue. The building is now home to Juicy Couture, but not for long.
