NikeTown London's Women's floor has undergone a full-scale makeup, providing a heightened retail experience full of surprises.
Situated on the top floor of NikeTown London, the Women's retail space has been created with female athletes at its core, ensuring products and services are streamlined to best suit their individual and team needs. The first step in making this concept come to life was expanding the existing space, making it 30% bigger with raised ceilings and better natural light, bringing the products to life from you moment you step onto the floor.
There is a keen focus on both the individual athlete and teams throughout the space, with the Expert Studio offering 1:1 styling, shopping advice, legging adjustments, bra fitting, and customisation services. This service can be extended to sporting teams, covering all of the bases from footwear trialling, customisation and kit creation services across several sports.
Championing Women across the board, the new space is also home to several types on mannequins, including plus size and para-sport. As well as showcasing the inclusivity of sport, there is a clear focus on ease of access for consumers, with A Nike Concierge Service that offers same-day delivery around London, and the new 'shop the look' feature via NikePlus.
