Originally released on Feb. 23, 1999, The Slim Shady LP was Eminem's breakthrough record, ultimately selling over 18 million copies worldwide. The album was a landmark moment for both Eminem and pop culture in general, and the SSLP20 Anniversary Capsule treats it as such. Some of the items available feature never-before-seen photos and illustrations from the same collaborators Em worked with on the original release.

To coincide with the release of the merch, photographer Danny Hasting and artist Skam were interview about what it was like to work on the Slim Shady LP with Em. "Creatively he is always open, he is a lot of fun to work with," Hastings said of Em.
