Nick Diamond and Adam Lucas Collab on a Series of Vintage Denim Jackets for ComplexCon 2018

For ComplexCon 2018, Nick Diamond is partnering with 1800 Tequila and street artist Adam Lucas aka Hanksy to design a series of vintage denim jackets.

1800 Tequila and Complex created an opportunity for two artists from different disciplines, backgrounds and styles to collaborate together to transform a raw piece of clothing into a refined and one-of-a-kind streetwear piece. Something that is truly Just Refined Enough.

Diamond Supply Co. is the OG of Los Angeles streetwear, and owner/founder Nicholas Tershay aka Nick Diamond has built his brand’s name on the kind of collaborations that make history, from the legendary 2005 collaboration with Nike SB to a striking collection featuring the art of Jean-Michel Basquiat. Now, for ComplexCon 2018, the LA-based imprint is partnering with 1800 Tequila and street artist Adam Lucas aka Hanksy to design a series of vintage denim jackets with patches designed by Lucas.

“For this collaboration, I love that the jackets we’re using are all old denim jackets and all different cuts,” Diamond says. The special-edition gear will have a commemorative 1800 Tequila logo embroidered and patches Lucas designed to channel the kinds of frayed DIY patches that collect on old jean jackets.

ComplexCon guests will have the chance to be their own designers this weekend and customize their Diamond Supply Co. x Adam Lucas jackets at the 1800 Tequila booth. Check out the video above to learn more.
