But what, exactly, is SPÄNST? As Stampd creative director Chris Stamp explained, the collection is the result of a team of creatives putting their natural problem-solving skills to the test. "Fashion and furniture are different animals but the creative process is similar," Stamp said. "Design, no matter the medium, is always about finding the right solution to a challenge."
The limited edition collection, which also features designs from frequent IKEA presence Maja Ganszyniec, includes affordable pieces for both the body and the home. Hats, tees, basketball hoop-and-ball sets, armchairs, shoe storage boxes, clothing racks, duffel bags, LED light sticks, tabletop-and-trestle sets, and more are among the collection's highlights. Below, you'll find additional photos from the recent launch event held at Stampd headquarters. The collection will be available in May. Meanwhile, those near the Burbank IKEA will be able to buy Stampd collab pieces as early as this week.
