This week, the label continues to celebrate its heritage by releasing the second volume of its RE-EDITION collection. The range consists of eight iconic pieces that were released between 1995 and the early 2004, before Link Theory Holdings acquired the label. Though consumers’ tastes have drastically evolved since then, Helmut Lang’s mix of traditional and untraditional elements preserved the garments’ cool factor. Yes, some of these designs might be older than you are, but they can be easily incorporated into your wardrobe.
Other than the 1995 diamond head dress, the RE-EDITION vol. 2 is made up of a variety of items. There’s the 1997 T-shirt and denim jacket with red painted stripes, the 1995 Summer Camp tank, the 1998 Turn-Up jeans, the 2004 tank with sleeves, as well as the 2003 keyrings and plaid shopping bag.
