In celebration of Wood Wood's 15th anniversary, the contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand have collaborated with the British heritage brand Barbour.
Wood Wood's design builds upon the practicality and durability that Barbour is known for, creating a capsule of functional pieces. Barbour's famous wax jacket was the first piece updated, with the removal of the front placket alongside cord lined hand-warmer pockets and stowaway hood on the Valby Wax Jacket. The Scouter Wax Jacket featured warm pile-lining and a storm-guard hood for weather protection.
There are two other jackets within the collection - the waterproof and breathable Kilde and Amager, featuring a nautical blue and buoy orange detailing with a focus on durability. Non-outerwear pieces feature Wood Wood's signature playful graphics, with a colour palette that is carried across onto the accessories.
Wood Wood’s Co-Founder, Brian SS Jensen, commented: “We’re happy to be working with Barbour again, building on our mutual appreciation of good design, combining modernity with tradition in a collection that I believe speaks to followers of both brands."
The collection will be available exclusively from Wood Wood stores and online from September 9th, with a further launch at END clothing in store and online from September 16th. Barbour and selected retailers will launch stock from September 23rd.
