The perfect sports bra is one of the most important pieces of your fitness training attire—maybe even just as important as proper shoes—which is exactly why NikeWomen is hosting a pop-up shop in Toronto this weekend dedicated to the matter. Plus, a little retail therapy might go a long way in helping ease the pain of those new year's workout resolutions, so it's all great timing really.

The NikeWomen BraHaus customization space is now open on the second floor of the Hudson's Bay on Queen Street in Toronto. Nike promises that no matter your preference in terms of cut, colour, style or sport, they'll have a sports bra that meets all your needs in their spring lineup that includes the high support Pro Rival Bra, the medium support Pro Hyper Classic Padded Bra and the low support Pro Indy. In addition to showcasing the full collection along with a plethora of Nike apparel, the BraHus is also offering a full range of Nike+ services including bra fittings, hair braiding, a nail bar where you can get Nike's signature Swoosh applied to your nails, and best of all free customization services with any purchase. You can choose from a selection of encouraging, positive affirmations such as "Sweat? No Sweat" or "Never Not Working Out" and the BraHaus staff will apply your phrase of choice to your new bra.

While Nike is arguably the most well-known athletic sports brands in the world, it has shifted its focus in recent years to encompass non-traditional athletes as well. NikeWomen most recently announced FKA twigs—a singer, songwriter, producer and dancer—as the creative director for its Spring Zonal Strength Tights campaign; the collaboration was announced with a beautifully choreographed short dance film. twigs herself concepted, created, and cast the entire thing, starring in the ads alongside athletes from various disciplines including track and field star English Gardner, fencer Miles Chamley-Watson and dancer Saskia Horton.

The NikeWomen BraHaus is open now through Sunday January 22 on the second floor of Hudson's Bay Queen Street in Toronto. Pop by to enjoy all the Nike+ services, a live DJ and refreshments all weekend.
