If Norse Projects are known for anything it’s making subtly and minimalism look both elegant and stylish, this is evident in their new Pre-Autumn lookbook for 2016.
The Nordic maestros keep things simple by sticking to minimal colour themes mainly consisting of various tones of indigo, while white is employed throughout to add a touch of contrast. The collection itself consists of a series of one-tone outerwear jackets, pants, shorts and tops.
Norse Projects also introduce a set of long-sleeved tops with their version of the classic breton stripes, these pieces are deconstructed for a more linear expression and spread throughout the collection with various styles of weave and knitting.
Sticking to such a minimalist colour scheme has made the collection work with great effect. The dark indigo combination of the long jacket and shorts work well with the button-up shirt that comes in a lighter shade of blue.
The Pre-Autumn 2016 collection is out now from the Norse Projects webstore, this includes a selection of accessories ranging from indigo striped socks to a grey beanie hat.
