If you’re a fan of Alexander Wang, but aren’t content with simply keeping his aesthetic contained to your apparel, then you might be interested in this new real estate listing.

According to Curbed, the American designer is trying to sell his Tribeca pad for a cool $3.75 million—a relatively low figure considering he purchased the loft for $2 million back in 2010. Within that time, Wang has completely renovated the one-bedroom, two-bathroom property, injecting it with that signature Wang look. Stark white walls, stained black floors, animal prints, and chrome fixtures are seen throughout the 2,000 square foot space, which also includes 12-foot-high restored tin ceilings, massive windows, pre-war detailing, and a full kitchen with stainless steel cabinetry and white marble counters. Needless to say, the space is very on-brand.

The loft is located inside the landmarked 39 Worth Street building, which was constructed in 1866. According to the Landmarks Preservation Commissions, the building was previously used for business purposes—such as storage, manufacturing, and office space—before it was converted into a residential building.

You can take a look at the loft in the images below. But don't get too excited about the leather sofas, the leopard rug, or marble surfboards. Judging by the listing price, it's safe to assume it will come unfurnished; however you can always try to cop some Alexander Wang furniture in order to retain the vibes.
