Australian model Jesinta Campbell was spotted at Vera Wang’s Fall 2016 collection show at New York Fashion Week overnight, quite comfortably flexing with all the cool kids in the front row. Campbell was snapped rubbing shoulders with the likes of fellow model Hannah Davis, singer/actress Zoe Kravitz and most importantly, Earth’s supreme social media overlord Kylie Jenner.
Of course, Campbell was repping for VW and looking particularly flashy doing so, draped head-to-toe in the label. The 24-year-old is the new face of David Jones, a big stockist for the label back home, but was reportedly not there on the Aussie company’s dime. It appears that Campbell may be friends with Vera Wang's Vice President of PR Priya Shukla, having shouted her out on a recent photo on Instagram.
Campbell, the wife of AFL star Buddy Franklin, has been sharing details on social media about being in NY for Fashion Week, particularly hyped about being sent a pair of shoes from the newest Vera Wang collection, and sharing backstage shots with the caption “worth a flight halfway around the world.”
While the media have already criticised her for apparently sitting awkwardly, chewing gum, and having to move for Zoe Kravitz after seating herself next to Kylie Jenner, it all seems like hyperbolic hateration. Really though, she appears quite comfortable in both the photos and videos published online, and looks like a major babe while doing it – let that chick breathe!
