The possibility for expressing yourself solely through emojis is about to get a lot easier. A new batch of 74 characters have been accepted by the Unicode Consortium to be released this year.
Amongst the list are plenty of foods and faces to expand your texting vocabulary. The coveted taco emoji that we were blessed with last year, will be joined by bacon, the equally lovable food, and the long-awaited avocado. New phallic-shaped vegetables like the pickle and carrot, will also be great additions for diversifying your sexting. Other emojis include a drooling face, the much-needed face palm, and a selfie.
Thanks to the folks over at emojipedia, we can see a mock up of the potential characters before their release. The new emojis will most likely be added to the iOS 10 update that will be available in September.
