Artist Josh Parkin Re-Imagines the Nike Sportswear Winter Collection on Some of London’s Famous Faces

Leeds-bred artist and illustrator Josh Parkin has produced a series of illustrations of Nike Sportswear’s latest winter collection and modeled them on some of London’s most influential figures.

Taking the likes of Giggs, Little Simz and Crystal Palace footballer Wilfred Zaha, Parkins demonstrates how the Nike Tech Fleece Aeroloft and Sneakerboots collection is primed for the those harsh winter elements in the capital.

The collection includes the Sneakerboots, which sees iconic sneaker models such as the Air Max 90s and 95s fully re-purposed for winter by using water-resistant materials, increased collar height, reflective panelling and a more defined outsole for extra grip. As for the Tech Fleece Aeroloft pieces, it offers protection against the elements by inputting in-built tech that increases warmth and enables 'thermoregulation'.
