Man, Haven fucking killed it with its in-house collection, Cypress. The down-filled 60/40 bomber is very cool and the pullover anorak is exceedingly dope. Featuring RiRi zips and an overall dusty palette, Cypress Season 02 hits all the right notes for me. Dusty palettes are super popular right now. But it makes me ask: is being dusty the new sadboy? Like, instead of just straight-up depression medicated with intoxicants and doses of consumerism, are we now simply embracing the absurdity of our situations and attempting to ascribe some meaning to life? Was Camus the original dusty boy? To get these dusty colorways, did Cypress have to grind up some dutch guts with a side of absurdist existentialism? I guess questions just beget more questions these days.
