Levi's Vintage Clothing continues to capture the heritage of American work wear through its latest collaboration with Unionmade. The retailer will release a special-edition pair of the brand's historic 1944 501 jean made of selvedge denim using the exact World War II standards.

The replica White Oak jeans were made in San Francisco using wartime rations of metal, fabric, and thread. Rivets along the pockets and crotch were eliminated on the high-waisted style, and the arcuate stitching was painted on instead of threaded.

Each unique pair features one-of-a-kind surplus pocket bags and standard issue buttons.

You can pick up the denim now at Unionmade's online shop.
