UPDATE (11/3/15): Almost two weeks ago, Zendaya Coleman blasted Modeliste magazine for heavily Photoshopping a spread she did for them. Now, the publication has acknowledged its poor judgment and released additional photos that show just how extreme the retouching was.

As you can see in the side-by-side images below, everything from Coleman’s waist and legs to her hair and skin was altered. Completely unnecessary.

Zendaya Coleman was not happy about the editing on her recent cover shoot for the November issue of Modeliste magazine, and she is letting everyone know.

The publication released the new images last night and the 19-year-old quickly noticed that her body had been heavily photoshopped. The actress took to Instragram to share the unretouched photo and call out the magazine for attempting to slim her down.

"Had a new shoot come out today and was shocked when I found my 19 year old hips and torso quite manipulated. These are the things that make women self conscious, that create the unrealistic ideals of beauty that we have," she wrote. "Anyone who knows who I am knows I stand for honest and pure self love. So I took it upon myself to release the real pic (right side) and I love it."

Coleman does go on to thank the magazine, which apparently took down the edited photos and corrected the issue.
