Kendall Jenner has been spotted out and about rocking a shiny new accessory—her nipple ring. The body jewelry got a lot of attention during New York Fashion Week, where she showed it off in sheer shirts on the runway and at the afterparties. Now she's sharing the deeper reason for why she decided to get the body piercing.
“I was going through a period in my life, having a rough time, being a rebel and was like let’s just do it,” she toldPage Six.
Jenner's rough times have been no secret to the public, with her life being broadcast for the whole world over the past eight years in Keeping up With the Kardashians. But, even during her bad girl phase, she felt nervous about her decision.
“[I was] so terrified, I’m laying on the bed like why am I doing this,” she said. “Honestly, it hurt but wasn’t as bad as everyone made it seem and maybe because everyone hyped it up and I thought it would be really, really bad. Then it wasn’t as bad as I expected.”
Kendall is the latest Jenner to show off her bejeweled "secret area," with Kylie sharing a photo of her fresh piercing on Snapchat a few months back.
