You guys were probably thinking with the season change coming up that you wouldn't have to look at another coach's jacket accompanied with a fictional anecdote of my coaching career. BUT WE STILL GOT A FEW MONTHS LEFT and UNIONMADE and Journal Standard must love my hilarious, but relatable stories about coaching. At the end of the day, when you're coaching kids, the sport doesn't even really matter as long as you're fostering self-confidence, teamwork and accountability. Also, the key to a winning youth soccer team is to promise the kids that if they win you will play the explicit versions of their favorite rap songs. Also, you gotta have at least one kids that is like way bigger and stronger than everyone else his age.
