The house of Maison Margiela has seemingly been completely overhauled in the past year. The anonymous group of designers creating the collections were replaced by someone who couldn't be less anonymous, John Galliano, who quickly changed the name from Maison Martin Margiela to Maison Margiela. That's why this Instagram reliving some of the best moments in the house's history is more necessary than ever.

The account, ArchivesMargiela, dives deep into the history of the cryptic label and its even more secretive and reclusive designer. The Instagram's feed is littered not only with works from the designer that are worth a second, third, and fourth look, but also some incredible moments. One calls back to an i-D interview with Margiela from 1998, which shows the designer giving some pretty funny responses centered around continuity. Another shows a raincoat that was used as the invite to Margiela's Fall/Winter 2013/2014 runway show—an idea that was most recently used by Kanye West for his Yeezy Season 1 show
